Goiânia, May 30, 2022 – V.tal, the first end-to-end neutral network company in the Brazilian market and owner of the largest fiber optic infrastructure in the country, will show Internet providers at ExpoISP in Goiânia, especially those in the Midwest, how neutral network solutions can help quickly expand the offer of high-speed broadband services to more than 16 million households in more than 230 cities in all regions of the country, in addition to its wholesale services to serve the telecommunications market, especially in enabling the deployment of 5G in Brazil. The company will be present at the event with a booth and will also give a lecture on June 1st, precisely on how providers can leverage their business by sharing V.tal’s neutral network.

The main advantage of a neutral network for ISPs and carriers is that they do not need to invest in building and maintaining a fiber optic cable network to offer ultra-speed internet services. They can rent V.tal’s FTTH (Fiber To The Home) network, to bring high-speed broadband internet (up to 1Gbps) into the home of the end customer and focus on servicing and developing new solutions.

“In addition to the possibility of expanding to new locations, internet providers, small or large, are able to start their sales through V.tal’s shared network within 30 days after signing the contract, rapidly increasing their revenue. The network, being neutral, is open and shared between operators and internet providers, also favoring the entry of new players in the fiber broadband market, increasing competition and offering more options for consumers,” explains Rafael Marquez, Marketing Director at V.tal.

The company already has more than 16 million homes passed with fiber optic internet available for contracting in all states of the country and has a robust investment plan that allows it to reach 32 million homes passed by 2025. V.tal has a fast pace in the construction of homes passed, with an average of 500,000 new homes passed per month, which positions the company at a pace of expansion among the largest in the world.

V.tal’s neutral network will also be strategic for the deployment of 5G technology in mobile telephony, offering capacity to transport large volumes of data from antennas and towers with ERBs (Base Radio Stations), to the operators’ servers or points of presence. V.tal’s fiber infrastructure is present in more than 2,300 municipalities, with a network of about 400,000 kilometers of optical fiber, the largest in the country and is strategic for the future of connectivity and digital life throughout the Brazilian territory.

Residences with internet in the Midwest

V.tal offers its FTTH (Fiber To The Home) service to 9 regional providers in the Midwest region. Altogether, the company has more than 2.6 million homes with fiber optic internet service available for contracting by internet providers and operators in 32 municipalities in the states of Goiás, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Tocantins and the Federal District.

In Goiás, there are more than 1 million residences with the fiber optic internet service available for contracting, distributed throughout the cities of Goiânia, Valparaiso de Goiás, Catalão, Trindade, Planaltina, Santo Antônio do Descoberto, Jatai, Novo Gama, Cidade Oriental, Anápolis, Morrinhos, Rio Verde, Águas Lindas de Goiás, Aparecida de Goiânia,

“V.tal’s neutral network allows regional providers to expand access to ultra-speed internet in new cities, increasing employment and income generation opportunities, as well as access to education, work and entertainment through digital means,” concludes Marquez.

ExpoISP takes place at the Goiânia Convention Center, on June 1.
