Olinda, May 5, 2022 – V.tal, the first end-to-end neutral network company in the Brazilian market and owner of the largest fiber optic infrastructure in the country, will show internet providers at ExpoISP in Olinda-PE, especially those in the Northeast, how its neutral network solutions can leverage their business by rapidly expanding the offer of high-speed internet services to other cities and even states. V.tal will be present with a booth at ExpoISP Olinda, which will take place between May 11 and 13, at the Convention Center of Pernambuco, in Olinda.

The main advantage of a neutral network for ISPs and carriers is that they will not need to invest in building and maintaining a network to offer ultra-speed internet services. They can rent V.tal’s FTTH (Fiber To The Home) network, which takes the fiber optic internet into the end customer’s home and invest more in serving and developing new solutions.

“In addition to the possibility of expanding the cities and neighborhoods where they offer broadband internet, providers, small or large, can start their sales in a very short time, increasing their revenue, including in locations where there are large companies, because the network, being neutral, is open and shared with everyone. V.tal with its neutral network model will contribute to the massification of high-speed internet throughout the country,” explains Rafael Marquez, Marketing Director of V.tal.

V.tal’s neutral fiber optic cable network will also be strategic for the deployment of 5G technology in mobile telephony. This is because the new technology is accompanied by a great demand for high-speed data flows that, in turn, requires the support of a robust fiber optic network to sustain traffic. In addition, the new technology will require 5 to 10 times more antennas from national operators that will need a fiber optic infrastructure to connect these antennas with V.tal’s FTTTower connectivity solution.

With its extensive neutral network infrastructure present in more than 2,300 cities across the country, V.tal also offers in the wholesale market connectivity solutions in IP, dedicated link for data transport and formation of VPN networks.

Residences with internet in the Northeast

V.tal offers its FTTH (Fiber To The Home) service to 7 regional providers in the Northeast region. Altogether, the company has more than 3 million homes with fiber optic internet service available for contracting by internet providers and operators in 47 municipalities in the states of Alagoas, Bahia, Ceará, Maranhão, Paraíba, Rio Grande do Norte, Sergipe, Pernambuco and Piauí.

In Pernambuco, there are more than 500 thousand residences with the fiber optic internet service available for contracting distributed throughout the cities of Recife, Olinda, Paulista, Caruaru, Petrolina, Jaboatão dos Guararapes, Goiana and Cabo de Santo Agostinho.

“Providers in small and medium-sized cities will benefit greatly from V.tal’s neutral fiber optic network, which means that people living in these locations will too. With more companies offering ultra-speed internet access in more cities, job opportunities and income generation increase, as well as access to education, work and leisure,” concludes Marquez.
