Portal DEV. provides access to APIs (Application Programming Interface) that offer features to improve the experience in the integration process between the systems of ISPs and V.tal
São Paulo, February 25, 2022 – In another initiative in the neutral networks market, V.tal announces the launch of Portal DEV., developed to accelerate the integration of its platform into the systems of operators and providers. The platform gathers access information to APIs (Application Programming Interface) and its documentation, providing resources for the improvement of services and for the improvement of the end customer experience.
The DEV. Portal APIs provide several functionalities for the user management journey by V.tal customers, from the address query to check the available network, technical feasibility query, order of services for formalizing the installation order, speed change, in addition to enabling FTTH (fiber-to-the-home) customers to interact with the V.tal field team for technical support, ensuring a more accurate and efficient service, in addition to a standardized integration and oriented to market standards.
DEV. APIs have been developed in accordance with best practices in the technology market and follow international OpenAPI and TM Forum standards, accelerating the experimentation of V.tal service interfaces. V.tal’s regional customer operators and providers must request the credentials for free access to the APIs through the website: https://developers.vtal.com.br/
